Classes

Three class styles, three different ways to practise. Choose a stronger flow, a balanced foundation, or a slower reset depending on what your body needs today.

Find the right class for you

Vinyasa

Flowing · Energetic · Strength-building

A dynamic class that links movement with breath. Expect flowing sequences, steady transitions, and a stronger physical pace.

Best for
  • Building strength and stamina
  • Improving mobility and coordination
  • Students who enjoy movement and variety
Intensity: Medium to strong
Pace: Continuous flow

Good to know: Some yoga experience helps, but beginners are welcome if they are comfortable moving at a steady pace.

Hatha

Balanced · Grounding · Accessible

A steady, well-rounded practice focused on posture, breath, and alignment. Hatha gives you time to settle into each shape and understand the basics clearly.

Best for
  • Beginners and returning students
  • Building confidence with yoga postures
  • Improving balance, flexibility, and body awareness
Intensity: Gentle to medium
Pace: Slower, with pauses

Good to know: A good starting point if you are new to yoga or want a more measured class.

Yin

Slow · Restorative · Deep release

A quiet, floor-based practice with longer-held postures. Yin targets deeper connective tissues and encourages stillness, patience, and nervous system recovery.

Best for
  • Stretching and releasing tension
  • Recovery days
  • Stress relief and slowing down
Intensity: Gentle, but deep
Pace: Very slow

Good to know: You do not need to be flexible. Props and modifications can be used to make the practice comfortable.
